KEYS TO THE CITY
Get ready to swing into summer as manchester jazz festival (mjf) returns to the city this May for its 30th anniversary edition! From 16–25 May, Manchester will be buzzing with the sounds of live music as mjf takes over the city with ten days of vibrant performances, showcasing the very best in contemporary jazz from across the North and beyond.
As part of the celebrations, we’re bringing the jazz magic to Hardman Gardens in Spinningfields, with a brilliant line-up of lunchtime performances throughout the week. Whether you’re on your lunch break, out for a stroll or just love good music, join us in celebrating the spirit of mjf right here in the city centre.
Each performance will be amplified through speakers, so even if you’re just passing by, the sounds of smooth jazz will find you – and might just tempt you to stop and stay awhile.
