Positioned between the two dining areas is a
striking bar, with a second taking pride of place on
the large rooftop terrace. For 20 Stories, bar
manager Jack Marsden has created a cocktail list
that pays homage to the vast array of cultures that
make Manchester the diverse city it is today, whilst
also being inspired by nature and sitting perfectly
alongside the head chef’s seasonal British menus.

Facing the bar are five wine fridges, presenting over
600 wines from a chosen wine List by the head
sommelier. The list aims to offer customer
favourites and classics from all over the world, but
also strives to raise customers’ curiosity with more
quirky, unusual, “unheard of” wines, focusing on
organic, biodynamic and natural winemaking. To
consume on a sunny afternoon on the terrace or the
perfect wine pairing with each one of your chosen
dishes, the sommelier team is available to add a
little extra to your special experience at 20 Stories.
