An ambitious project 1-year in the making, our new branding is visible across 200+ touch points across our 22acre estate. It’s splashed on everything from maps and banners to cycle pods and bins.

The refreshed branding marks a sophisticated evolution for Spinningfields, which remains an unrivalled business and leisure destination in the north-west of England, offering an exciting blend of professional workspaces amidst the city’s most vibrant leisure and retail district, making it the perfect place for businesses to thrive and the workforce to enhance their lifestyle.

An evolving calendar of events, exhibitions, performances and art installations, combined with a comprehensive new website and soon-to-launch community app featuring exclusive benefits for estate workers and residents, fuse together this transformation for Spinningfields, with a commitment to community, culture and connectivity in all placemaking efforts.

To celebrate the launch of the new branding, we’ve organised a week packed with giveaways, with delightful treats including coffee, cocktails and cake-pops from our amazing retailers, including Hey Little Cupcake, Dear Sailor, Foley’s, Bagel Factory and Black Sheep Coffee, every day of the week from 3 – 7 June.

Plus, we teamed up with Manchester Cash Hunt for their biggest ever giveaway – £1,000 in cash!

The grand finale of our celebration week was a live performance by the sensational Anna Kathryn Lynch, a jazz and soul singer whose voice has been compared to Amy Winehouse. Anna performed a setlist that included her popular track “Spinningfields” from the Karma album.

The Karma album was written by songwriter Ken Moodie and recorded at Manchester’s White Bear Studios. The album was launched at Matt & Phreds Jazz Club last year, to a full house, and can be found on all music streaming platforms.

Spinningfields continues to be a renowned hive of activity for prestigious events and partnerships, serving as an official fan zone for Team GB at the upcoming 2024 Olympics and most recently appointing Ocean Outdoor as an exclusive media partner, marked by the installation of 11 full-motion HD screens.
